Empress Stables and Sanctuary began in 2020, when the three of us arrived in southern Wisconsin—right in the heart of winter—with little more than a dream and three sedans full of hope. We didn’t know exactly what lay ahead, but we knew we were ready for something meaningful.

Since that snowy February day, this farm has grown into a true labor of love. What started as a leap of faith has blossomed into a sanctuary—for ourselves, for our animals, and now, we hope, for you.

We are deeply committed to providing a safe, enriching environment where our animals can thrive and where people can reconnect—with nature, with horses, and with themselves. Whether you’re here for a service, a visit, or simply to enjoy the peace of the land, we welcome you with open arms.
